A „minősíthetetlen” szó a legjobb kifejezés az értékeléshez. A konfliktuskezelés vagy megoldás talán egyesek számára megfelelő, de nálam inkább a mínusz skálán mozog. Nagyon szerettem ezt a helyet, éveken át visszajáró vendég voltam. Egy vendég problémájára való megoldás vagy kompromisszum keresése alapvető lenne, de egyik sem történt meg, helyette inkább a másikra mutogattak. Üdvözlettel, egy volt vendég és 10 évig vendéglátós.
