Stekhuset - Kalmar

We had an excellent dining experience with delicious food and attentive service. Special compliments to the chef for the outstanding meal. The bed and breakfast was also wonderful, offering nice accommodations with beautiful, spacious, and immaculate rooms.

I have never had a good experience at this restaurant, even after visiting four times over the course of four years. The wait times are long, the service is disorganized, and the wine is stored near the kitchen, causing it to be served hot. The owners recommended that we make reservations for our next visit, as they prioritize those guests more. Seriously? I suggest choosing a different restaurant, as every other place we have tried in Kalmar has been better.

The staff at this restaurant was extremely friendly and welcoming. While not every item on the menu was translated into English, the food we ordered was fantastic! The flavors were excellent and definitely worth the price, even though it was on the higher side. I absolutely recommend dining here - go and enjoy it for yourself!
