This Starbucks is close by my house but I will drive 10mins across town to the other Starbucks just because this one just simply does not follow instructions and are very rigid in terms of how they treat the customers, I have been hoping and praying for years that this place would get it together but so far it's still missing the mark. Came in to grab my White Chocolate Mocha cause I am in the mood. Jesse (spider man cap) took my order and is PHENOMENAL! He was patient and answered my questions, complimented me on my shirt!
Mobile ordering is fast and easy pickup in store. Have ordered here multiple times. Parking lot fills ups from drive thru line. Last order, ordered Grande iced pumpkin chai latte, did not receive any pumpkin cream cold foam. Did not notify store so it was my fault for not noticing until I was driving away. Have ordered iced espressos with extra splash and store is strict on policy of the extra splash so cup won't be filled up.
The attitude of the people who work here makes me feel very bad. The staring eyes, the way of explaining, and the tone are not friendly. Especially the person who works at the counter and when the order comes out. I bought a coffee and came out in a bad mood.
I have been using Starbucks for 17 years. I ordered a cafe latte here at around 4 o'clock yesterday. I finished my latte and started having diarrhea around 6 o'clock. I went to the bathroom five times. I have diarrhea until this morning. Starbucks should check the condition of the milk used to make cafe latte. I ordered an Americano at another Starbucks branch, but insects came out. I can't believe it. Please check Starbucks hygiene.
Service is way too slow. The hygiene of the staff and the store is not good.It took me 40 minutes to order a cup of coffee.
