However, when I returned to the counter 20 minutes later, I notic... read more I placed a phone order and asked if it was ready. They told me it would be ready in 5 minutes. However, when I returned to the counter 20 minutes later, I noticed a bag sitting there that turned out to be my order. They never called my name or informed me it was ready.
