I rarely give 5 Stars. They were short help and backed up line for the Dash type drivers and pickup orders. They only had one waiter/bartender and one hostess/busser. Stimulus money dropped and people simply don't want to work. That said...the food was excellent, with friendly, prompt, and attentive service. The only thing that would've made it better would've been better treatment from other customers to the staff.... View all feedback.
What Laura K doesn't like about Applebee's Grill:
Terrible experience. Nobody welcomed us when we arrived at 10pm, with the restaurant closing at 11pm. The staff made us feel unwelcome and the waitress took 20 minutes to take our order. She was extremely rude, asking if we wanted our food to go since they were closing at 10:30pm. It seemed like she couldn't be bothered and the staff overall seemed indifferent. View all feedback.
Good food the way Applebee's us supposed to be but was understaffed and the building was a little rundown.
Walked in there was no greeter. We sat ourselves at a high top table in the bar. After 5-10 minutes my husband asked the bartender for a menu. After 15-18 minutes with no service we got up and left.
I agree to air bear. Although the service was good, he could not make up for eating. I had ripped because they were out of baby back ribs. bad mistake. on the side asked for BBQ sauce. mistkerl because it revealed how terrible the meat was. I guess they're the one who's throwing the baby back. my friend had a very hard sirloin that she traded for a Hamburger couple. the patty was good. this is the fourth time that I had eaten at a applebee and the fourth time that I was not impressed. slower learning, but there will be no fifth.
An example of how marketing can overthrow reality. bad portions followed lethargic waitstaff to the table. I can't find out if eating is overpriced or just badly done. the drinks are good, but will cost expensive. I used to enjoy the Evergreen site when he first opened, but I would recommend friends and strangers to eat elsewhere. this applies to both positions (idaho hwy 93).
Only one more fully functional applebee is for me. burger was perfectly boiled and the waitress said sad for the long waiting period, although we do not wait.
