Nionio Meze - Kalamata

Good prices, good food great location. Service was very kind and quick.

OK food. Not great service. We had octopus, shrimp and a meat variety. All fine but we 've had all those items better elsewhere in Kalamata. The service was what let this place down most. We werent offered a wine menu. When we asked for one (and then ordered a bottle) it was just plonked on our table. No option for us to taste it and no offer to pour it for us. We were then left waiting to order, whilst other customers (who 'd arrived after us) were served. We werent offered any way to clean our hands after peeling our shrimp (again, we had to ask for tissues). Our dirty starter plates were left on our table whilst we ate our mains. On the whole, we just felt somewhat unappreciated particularly compared to the locals who were dining all around us who received a much better service.

Filthy restaurant. Even the wals are dirty, the toilet the menu ... The food is 2nd cheap quality. The service is also not good. We tried the messinian salad supposed to have talagani cheese. 4 small pieces cold talagani. The bread was about 2 days old and everything else was either frozen food unfrosen and served or fried. Nothing healthy nothing with quality.

Best seafood I've had in a long time. Everything was well prepared and delicious. Very kind staff too. Well done to all. 100% recommended.

Good food, relatively quick service. Would recommend the seafood!
