Privateer's Cove - Kailua-Kona

Amazing experience! Mom couldn't decide what to get when it comes to food) so after she asked a few questions, she made her own entry! Needless to say... Appetizers to the main course... An experience we will not forget.

At first, you must like a chef who gives a sword to a 12-year-old and a dual challange. Good food. Too bad the lunch service will soon stop, the roasted rice was very delicious... almost as delicious as salamagundi. Do not forget to ask the owner about his friends at Coke!

My husband, sister-in-law, and I enjoyed the food, the service and the company in this facility. Mikey did a great job with our food. The Chicken Schnitzel was particularly delicious! Nick, the owner, worked with us during our dinner. We really enjoyed his jokes and stories. If you have time after dinner, drop off at the bar next door and try their homemade apple wines, fruit-based wine and infused vodkas. And FYI... Some of their winnings go to suppprt veterans and children in need. How great is that?! A unique experience. Very recommended!

The staff is amazing!!! They are all so friendly and accommodating!!! This place has a theater on the back! You also have a great section for children!!! Space looks great with a leather couch!! I had the burger and I was skeptical because it was made medium rare (medium well girl) And it was great! Very recommended!!!

I absolutely love this place and come here every time I fly to big island. The owner is a really funny nice guy. He'll probably use some language you won't want your kids to hear, but he's an awesome guy and the food is even better. The decorations around the restaurant are nice and yeah.. the food is really good. It's a great place to stop right after finishing a dive with the guys across the street. I'd definitely recommend.
