Finding high-quality vegan sushi can be a challenge, but this restaurant goes above and beyond the standard avocado roll. We tried a variety of dishes including the Kitsune Udon with Inari, the Da Buddah roll (featuring shiitake, avocado, cucumber, and inari), Inari nigiri, a special sweet potato tempura, and agedashi tofu. I tried the Da Buddha roll (good), Ume Shiso roll (average), Kitsune udon (decent), and a house sake (inexpensive and strong) at this restaurant. The waitress continuously forgot to bring my sake, so I had to get up and remind her at the counter. The prices were reasonable, which was the only positive aspect of the experience.
