Seong's Sushi Bar Chinese Take-out Restaurant

We order takeout from Seong’s a few times a month. We get the tofu lo mein and tofu fried rice every single time, and usually a third item like the crunch roll or veggie spring rolls. We love it.

The food is always yummy. We get the Mongolian Beef, Cashew Chicken and the Baked Salmon Roll! No reason to switch up. We love these dishes!

Ordered takeout! The sushi, miso soup, and sesame honey chicken was INCREDIBLE. Great egg rolls. Everything was packaged very well and got home still warm. Our new favorite place!

My favorite restaurant in town. Staff are absolutely top notch and we love them. Attentive, friendly and quick service. We also travel a lot and you would think the bigger coastal cities would have good sushi, but nope, nothing is as good as Seongs. I’ve been getting the Futomaki for 20 years and it’s hands-down the best vegetarian sushi I’ve ever had (the smoked tofu bit sets it apart from everywhere else! . My only wish is that they were open on Sundays in the summer because I find myself craving their delicious food every day of the week and on a sunny Sunday in the summer, Seongs would be on the top of the list (not a bad thing, just love it that much . If you’re on the fence about where to get sushi in Juneau, there’s no comparison. Just put in an order and let your tastebuds be the judge. You won’t be disappointed. If you’re looking for vegetarian sushi, trust me. This is it.

The cozy sushi shack is located almost downtown, which gives you plenty of street parking while still being close to all of Juneaus' main attractions. Very nice atmosphere and pleasant staff. The wide selection of fresh made sushi and hot traditional dishes are great too.
