We ordered our pizza tonight and the man on the phone was acting like we were inconveniencing him. Just rude! When he would ask Sam to repeat what he said, he would sigh and respond with a rude tone. Very unprofessional! Then we received a burn but cold pizza!! Every bite is crunchy and hard to eat. I normally have a great experience from them but not tonight. View all feedback.
Great food...up until I had a long hair in my pizza and I came back to get a refund but they wouldn't give me my money back or credit for another pizza.
We asked for extra toppings but there were the same amount. We also asked of a big soda and they gave us a 20oz, the popcorn was at least two days old
I loved that it had a buffet with a salad bar and an arcade.
$29.70 for a large cheese pizza. This was the first and last time I’ll get a pizza here. Wouldn’t recommend.
Expensive, mediocre pizza at best. I came to visit Juneau after being in the south for the last 15 years or so. I used to love Bullwinkles pizza and wanted to eat some nostalgia. This isn't the same Bulkwinkles from when I was younger, and the price and quality is simply not worth it. Will never eat there again.
