Dreamy ambience, which is unfortunately broken by the really grelle uncomfortable light. Indirect lighting would be much more appealing. Very loud atmosphere.... We sat in the beer garden for over 20 minutes without one of the five waiters taking the smallest note from us. Look contact that at least we've seen zero. Then things went back. Too bad for this really great location.

The Dycker Wine House is located between the Nikolauskloster and the Dyck Castle. After more than 20 years, I came back here. In the 500-year-old house, a simple elegance awaits you in a rustic atmosphere. Bright dining room with rustic tables that are simply but elegantly covered. For this I give 4 stars. The menu is manageable, but what is positive for my taste. This shows that the kitchen concentrates on what it can. The food is very good, the prices are not extremely high but also not super-cheap. We had calf livers with raccoon onions and cartollel stumps (17,90 €). The liver was excellent, the liver taste was not covered but remained very well preserved. The onions (predominantly deserve their name. The potato swamp was itself made and not too fine, just good. For 4 stars. The desserts: Cream Brulee (7,50 € and variation of the chocolate consisting of Mousse au chocolate, ice cream and cakes (9,80 €). She was served in a soup plate, which I had never seen before. The varations of the chocolate fell enormously. The mousse, white and brown, consisted of a pure fatty cream. Especially the white one was completely deplacated. In addition, the mousse was so sweet that you could hardly taste the ice. The cake with liquid chocolate was okay. The dessert thus unfortunately only gets a 2.5 (2 for the variations and 3 for the cream Brulee The very young service staff has a polite, unobtrusive presence and attention. Always the guest in sight and place when it sat in front of an almost empty glass. For 4 stars. This alone deserves 10 stars.
Yesterday with my companion at Easter brunch. Sorry, guys, for € 34.50, it was all grottenschlecht. I couldn't eat anything from the hot buffet. Firstly, the quality of the food was very low-quality and unhurried. The meat had tendencies and the filled noodles were not even cooked. Potato garnet was really a pamp. Besides, I introduce myself to a brunch buffet. Everything was like Grandma. The house wine for rich €9,00 has made me even more sordid. But greet the service staff; they were all very nice and accommodating.
It was, unfortunately, full. The service staff was overwhelmed. Not all beverage orders were executed. It also took quite a long time to pick up the order .. and then 1 hour until the appetizer came. Di quality and preparation was very good. For the Ambinte this is ok but the seat between entrance door and passage to the toilet is not ideal, but this is of course the degree of laying we wanted to eat there.
