This is my favorite Taco Bell in Atlanta. This is franchise, but you can say that the franchise owner knows a lot about the operation of his franchise. It is clean and customer service is always timely. Usually empty because they like to move competently when preparing meals. I see her hand wash is also excellent from the observation. What User doesn't like about Taco Bell:
First off stood at counter several minutes before being told I had to order from kiosk. Really? Why are you there? Second, ordered $5 Mexican pizza. Sounded like a good deal. Until it came. So tiny I thought it was a joke. Counter personnel not very friendly. Took my pizza and left. Kind of dejectedly.... View all feedback.
The drive wasn't full. Customer service was really good, which is very rare nowadays! My wife got the three Doritos Tacos with extra meat and cheese. It was expensive, but they were very good. The tacos were right, but there was something wrong about my order. I could go in and they corrected the problem without questions and they were very nice about! Kudos Taco Bell!
Wow, I never thought I'd be in Taco Bell for breakfast, but I'm so glad I did. It was so delicious. The cheerful roasted breakfast Burrito was big and tasted so good. This is without sauce. I had ordered and paid two because I thought they were very small. I guess it was a blessing that she was only 1 in my bag (Reminder to ALWAYS check your bag before leaving) but it was a very big chessy delicious burrito that was worth it. My daughter loved the breakfast steak quesadilla breakfast box meal. She ate it completely.
I am not sure who ruined their day but upon arrival everyone in here had an attitude .. I brought to their attention that on my previous visit something was wrong. I was not rude, demanding or disrespectful .. just made a note so they could do better this time around. It was the rudest experience and I never once came out of character. When I pulled to the window I politely asked who took my order and TIA, i believe her name was very rudely sucked her teeth and said Its about 4 people with head sets .. I said Okay … I 'd still like their name. She slammed the window closed and started talking badly about me through the head set and out loud in the restaurant. I was not given a name but my receipt said Tia. The food was better this visit but the service was terrible, that alone will make someone not want to return. The Better Business Bureau will be contacted and reaching out to this team. Its sad that this new generation knows nothing about customer service or good bed side manner.

To think that almost 13$ would get you 3 tacos supreme and some fries. Smh NOT YOU get locos tacos that’s been in the warmer past time First off I spent 9.84 the first time on Saturday got the DLTS with no tomatoes ADD ONIONS was ok but tacos tasted very old but I ate anyways bc I was very hungry second time tonight bc my niece wanted Taco Bell remind you I used to work for them. You suppose to stir hit the side of the container you keep the meat in twice and then put it on the taco. I order this again except two tacos were no tomatoes and the last one extra meat no tomatoes the first go round was ok just the tacos were old but the second time. The customer service lacked and the young lady who took my order very much rushed me. Also know that the sour cream does not go on top at all. Sour cream was all over my wrap like I was already mad bc I spent 22$ in total from two visits. Like come on pay your ppl better and they will have a better attitude
