Pier 88 Boiling Seafood - Jonesboro

Worst restaurant experience! Yesterday after church my family and some friends from church went to lunch. After waiting over 30 minutes for a table because they wouldn't allow us to eat in the completely empty patio that they had we finally got our table. Everything about my order got completely messed up I ordered a Sprite our terrible waitress brought me I had to wait another 10 minutes just for my sprite. Then came time to order our food everybody's order was correct but mine! I ordered a shrimp po-boy and my waitress brought a shrimp platter instead. So while everybody else was eating I had to wait another 25 minutes for a sandwich and fries.... My husband's fries were completely soggy and disgusting. While my fries were overcooked and rock hard. Why we did have a fairly large group of 8 people her check was just ridiculous 181.70 ok fine 2 of us split the bill. Our friend paid a 100 bill while we put the rest on my husband's card. His card should have been charged 81.70 for the remaining balance which is what I sighed the card receipt for. But they charged his card 106.70 my math ain't mathin right on that one how do they charge an extra 25 on my husbands card?? Al in all hands down absolute worst experience I've ever had will not be returning!!!

We're just now discovered this restaurant even though we eat in Jonesboro at least once a week. I was pleased at how good the food was. We will be visiting this restaurant again.

We shared a shrimp and lobster boil. It was delicious!I would recommend using the plastic bib.

First time came here, enjoy the food and vibe.We came in an hour before they close and the server was super friendly. The seafood was fresh and appetizers were amazing!We ordered king crab legs, dungeons crab? , fried oysters, hush puppies( basically mashed corns- vegan friendly! and other stuff!!!Great experience, will come back again ????

This was my first time eating there. Very nice place.. nice bar and plenty of mix drinks and lots of others. I got a 8 piece shrimp and fries. It was good. They will seat you with drinks and chips and salsa. Will be going
