What User doesn't like about Outback Steakhouse:
This place really needs a serious remodel/renovation. It's in really bad shape (especially the bathroom). Our server was super nice and food was good but we probably won't be back due to the condition of the building and weird vibe from that. View all feedback.
Really wonderful experience. first line anna was my server perfect. pleasant, charming and attentive. the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. the dining room and the table were very clean and looked after. the table bread was warm, the beer was ice cold, and the food was perfectly cooked. the mac and cheese oak. came with a ranch. great price. In the evening was a 15 oz ribeye, baked kartoffel, steakhouse mac and cheese, and a side of garnel with the steak. I ordered a moderate steak and got it. the season was at point. the siblings melt in my mountain. the only conus I can think of is that I could have done without the garnels. it was well cooked and tasted good, but was best room temperature. I'm from Texas in the city for work, but if I ever get back that way, I will definitely visit this place again.
Great steak as always, but they also have to try the deep fried ribs super tasteful.

I ordered the sirloin today and it was perfectly cooked! the whole steak was so delicious, no hard pieces etc. it's the best I had in the last days! it even came from the door that warm and I could not be satisfied anymore!
So sad to write this review, but this was one of my favorite places to come to grow. but after today's experience we will not be back. when we were there, they were busy, but not beaten. I'm tired and ordered drinks. the bar drinks didn't come out until the appetizers were ready. eating came out and my mother steak was rare, supposedly medium, but the worst part was my father broccoli had mold on it. the manager came to the table and that is when the problems really started. my mother showed him the brokkoli and the first words from his mouth were that I don't see what you're talking about. as manager, this is probably the worst way to solve this problem. but it continued when he saw my mother steak and told her it was just a minute away from where she would like it. I'm sorry, but after we waited an hour after our appetizers, we didn't want to wait for them to throw out the steak. he didn't seem to worry about the problem, we were more of an annoying than anything. if we had dealt with a better administration, the situation and the result from the experience would have been different. don't waste their time coming here, it's not the same as before and it's not worth it.
