Pizza Hut Permas Jaya - Johor Bahru

Consistent with previous reviews, service sucks great time! the first and last time I go there. I was on the tresor who wanted to pick me up. 2 employees who were busy and busy to serve and supply customers, and no one saw me. kaschiere should be at the theke, but she was busy chatting with her friends at one of the tables. ends up I have to wait at the switch for 10 minutes before it is served.

The Indian lady staff at the reception was very rude. Not properly trained by the company. Asked if the lunch special promotion set is available, she gave me an unfriendly look. if you are able to order online then it 's available, if not can 't help was her reply. I felt like she 's not keen of doing business and was like chasing the customer away..

On 24/9/2018- Monday, I came to this restaurant with my Wife around 9.30pm... we enter and sit already, after few minutes one of the staff came to us and said they were closed ready... I told them that I saw in website your closing hours at 11pm... they said only Friday n Saturday they will close at 11pm and other days they will close at 10pm... but I came 9.30pm also they said cannot serve ready anymore... we were really very disappointed ready and never expected this from the popular brand PIZZA HUT... anyway, THANK YOU so much for the FANTASTIC SERVICE from PIZZA HUT...

They changed our multiple ice cream flavor and when asked, they served us melted ice cream. never went again since 2019.

Very bad ..never get a straw also for blended drinks .how get customer can drink like this.so please if u do any campaign or what please inform customer before they order drinks..see now the staff said never take away drinks also
