Worse drive thru ever in the morning!! Completely unorganized! Sat at the window in the second lane for over 10 minutes while the other lane was flowing like crazy! Don’t come here in the morning you’ll be late for work!
Ordered a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit. The biscuit was so soaked in grease that it was inedible and they forgot the cheese. The bathrooms were a disgusting mess. I can only imagine how the kitchen is. They couldn't even provide a receipt because they didn't have any paper. Would not recommend this location.
Terrible quality from beginning to end. We did not get the correct the order at first, but were given someone else’s. They took the order back and we were told we had to pull around to wait. They brought out our food but still forgot the 2 McFlurries that we ordered and had to go back for them. When we got them, they were less than half full and had very few M&M’s each. When we went inside to ask to get that corrected, there were 2 managers inside who were cursing at and yelling at the staff. The employee at front did not want to help, even to walk to the back to find more M&M’s for the McFlurries (he literally just picked up the container for the M&M’s and showed that it was empty—my husband had to ask if there were any more anywhere else in the store for him to take the initiative to look for more). There was no customer service. No accuracy. No good management. I know it’s fast food, but it’s awful that there’s no effort to do a good job at all here.
I hate to say it but they usually get my order wrong after goin bak in twice an then assured by manager they'd make it rite this time- quarter pounder w no cheese. Yet wen I got home an looked ther was freakin cheese , my daughter has a food allergy cud not eat it.
