if they love sushi, this is the place for them! poke dishes satisfy my demand for sushi while a fraction of the price. poke can be quite expensive, but poke citys prices are really good. most Poke sites pay them extra for toppings, but poke city gives them a set choice for the standard price the only dings that are extra cost avocado and a second creature soulweed or maksago. they got rid of their soda fountains, so... What User doesn't like about Poke City:
in price is the food component very small, except for the rice. it seems as if the server is not ready to put food into the bowl of the customer. none of the creatures was full, even if their menu said a full scoop. will never come back. View all feedback.
I went to order a burrito but the staff didn't finish making it. When I asked for a sauce that I liked, I was told that I couldn't customize the burrito. I could only change the protein, not the sauce. That didn't make any sense to me. Unfortunately, I won't be returning as a customer.
I enjoyed my experience at this restaurant. As a fan of poke, I decided to give it a try while I was in the area. While it was good, it did not surpass the best poke I have ever had. I have visited a few times and found it to be average, with service sometimes taking longer depending on the staff working. I noticed that they tend to either add too much or not enough sauce. Despite these minor issues, I believe it is a reliable option for poke.
I thoroughly enjoyed my poke bowl! The staff was extremely welcoming and kind during my first visit. I will definitely be returning in the future!
My husband and I ordered two poke burritos, the Kona and the volcano. Very disappointed. The cost for each burrito was $14.50. the size of the burritos was tiny and not made properly. Ton of rice, barely a scoop of anything else and added sauces that were not asked for or in the description. Save yourself the money and head over to Sweet Tuna at the Halcyon. You'll get more for your money, and better quality. They don't do poke burritos, but I would have gone the extra miles to get a poke bowl if I knew I was going to get this.
I just went again in a long while...and I used to have it for lunch everyday. But the prices have skyrocketed. For a large bowl, I was charged almost $19 dollars???!!!! Wow. It used to be $12 and change. The portions haven't changed either, in fact, the lady serving me was giving a tiny scoop of the protein and was not even filling yp that tiny scoop. What a rip off. Sad to say...I may not come back. I don't like greediness ?
