Golden Falls Spur Steak Ranch

Waitress forgot about us most of the time. Forgot to bring my 2nd glass of wine I had to remind her. And then the 2nd glass was not the same wine so I wasted it. Also spur onion rings are my favorite but they were tasteless and soggy

During the week daytime, the service takes long. Suppose less waiters for not so busy time. But my experience, tables don't get cleared before main meals arrive. Chips as if previous days and refried.

Service was terrible... both the waiters and duty manager were rude...didn't receive half the things we ordered..service has definitely gone down

My son and I arrived and were seated by Kaya. He took our order and a brought us our drinks. A while later brought our food. We did not see him again. The manager on duty named Sam didn't check on us once. Or as a matter of fact any other tables. He did however check on one table 6 times. Are some customers more important than others. The so called important customer sat and picked dead skin off his barefoot while I tried to enjoy my meal. How can a manager allow a customer to remove their shoe to sit and pick at his foot in a restaurant?

The children enjoyed it here. many obstacles and games available. I love the fact that the children get days when they arrive for their safety.
