Sadly, the food didn't live to expectations. The confit lamb was like it had not been properly reheated hot on the outside, cold and firm on the inside. The only nice thing about the pumpkin pie was the caramelized peaches and ice cream (best). Loved the ambience, punctuated by beautiful music. Incredible food! Great waiter. Great restaurant and setting. Intimate restaurant where each table feels valued. Great music. Not too loud or noisy. The wine pairing by Julian from Spirits Bubbles was spot on! Highly highly recommend.

This restaurant offers a different way of dining because the concept is for you to order your meal to share. Each meal is quite small and costs around R110. We started off with the beetroot cheesecake and rocket salad (yes it is different) then we moved on to the chicken roulade with vegetables and finished with the calamari riceless risotto. All were very different dishes with interesting flavours. We then finished with the dark chocolate and coffee cheesecake (yum) and roasted pear with cognac anglaise.
