Scarrows Coffee - Jerome

Good coffee right off I84 in Jerome, ID. Drive through so quick but no bathroom. The barrista was warm and friendly.

TLDR; I am a regular customer, and I got treated like I was a liar trying to score free drinks—over a drink punch on their loyalty card!Edit for response: What else could have been done was to not treat me like that in the first place. That means when you walk away from someone in the middle of talking to you, that’s considered very rude; and don’t throw attitude when it’s uncalled for. That was the issue I’m writing this review about—the treatment, not the punch card. The rest is just context.I came with my punch card the new kind with 12 drinks 1 Free drink that needed one drink punch left to get my second row’s Free drink and the other row was full, but I hadn’t used that coupon yet. Well, a small misunderstanding got blown way out of proportion when the barista assumed I’d had only one punch one Free drink left on the card.I tried to clarify my side, and she explained what her train of thought was, and then walked away when I was explaining to her that I should still have a Free drink left on my card. Like literally walked away while I was talking to her and didn’t come back.Then the other barista came over and asked what the issue was, I explained it and that I should still have one left. She went to go to “confirm” with the other and then came back and treated me like I was lying!And as I was explaining again that I had just seen the card I know what’s on it, she goes “Okay, well it’s REALLY not that big of a deal. I’ll just give it back so you can make sure you have your extra free drink.”The way she said that last bit was as if I was making a desperate bid to get more free things, and the other girl just walked away while I was in the middle of talking to her!I don’t get it. I wasn’t rude, I was just trying to clear things up so that I could have the coupon I’d spent $45 to get $3.75 drink x 12 punches . I love supporting local businesses, and I enjoy the coffee, but really?

They were very fast but also efficient. They had great customer service. Best coffee around!! Would recommend this place 100

Y'all, if anyone gives less than five stars they are straight up dumb. D-u-m-b. Best coffee I've had in MONTHS. Was it a basic, non-fat sugar-free vanilla latte? Yeah, it was. But the ability to crush a CLASSIC drink is a rarity. I honestly don't even remember how much I paid because I was immediately taken over by its taste. If I ever drive through Jerome again, getting coffee here will be the priority, and should be yours, too. You're welcome.
