Gosh.. I'm so disappointed The food was not good. Everything was Cold. But because my husband doesn't like me to complain or make a fuss in public. I get to do it on here and waste our money. ? I’ve ever had a bad experience at Jack in the Box. The food is hit and the service has always been good.
We were in the drive-thru and ordered 3 cheddar bacon biscuits, the associate told they weren't able to serve anything with eggs. Not sure if we were getting the truth or they didn't want to be bother fixing breakfast items in the afternoon.

Can't rate the food as I never got it (ordered a #10). 16 minutes at the drive thru and I was the only customer for 12 of those minutes. Firstly knocked on the glass and asked for a refund to have the lady need to call her manager first which only added to the joyous time.
