They need to pay more attention to order accuracy and not blaring music from the make line. Missing key items from combo meals like crunchwraps chalupas is a little disheartening.

So, I gave this location 2 stars. Let me explain why. 1star for appearance and 1 for the app and website. As far as thier service they do not care about you or your order, as you probably already know. I used their website to order for convenience and ensure no confusion of what I 'm asking or ordering. Plus, I like pre paying for it. This is the second time I 've visited this location and used this service. When I announced myself at the menu board and pulled up to the window when prompted to, they greeted me and went to hand me my order, I ask them, is my entire order in this bag? And they responded with yes . This is were the lack of care occurs. Now, let me say that most other locations and fast food restaurants have actually taken the extra 10-20 seconds to look in the bag and have at least counted the items in the bag and confirmed the same number of items exist on the receipt when asked this. This location does not even try to make sure your items are all accounted for, they rather lie to you thentake 10 seconds to check. Both times I 've gone to this location they have forgotten one of my items! Let me remind you an item that has already been paid for and when their charging almost $5 a taco, it 's very upsetting? when you get home and find out! At that point there 's not much you can do about it. If I ever go back to this location again, I will make sure to pull out each item in front of them at the window, while taking my sweet time and make sure that everything I paid for is in my bag before I even think about driving away (Isuggest you do they same, unless you do not care about your money) and I will not care how long I hold up the line! To Guarantee I get what I paid for, as they can not be trusted and have proven to lie to your face. I will also say as far ad my experience goes, thier competitors will usually go over your order with you before handing you your bag, indicating all items you ordered are in the bag. Went to this Taco Bell on a first date after seeing a movie (Dune) for a much needed second dinner, and the overall experience was as fire as the sauce. I had the fan favorite crunch wrap supreme, no meat, sub refried beans— which expectedly was the highlight of the meal. My date ordered a cheesy Gordita thing, which appeared mid but satisfying. He also ordered a chipotle ranch grilled chicken burrito with steak instead. This request was confirmed by the order taker who simultaneously sounded as though she was not confirming it. Ultimately it was salty, but correctly prepared?Drive through line moved quickly, I was able to pay in all $1 dollar bills, and the hot sauce packets did their best to confirm our destiny as though it were written in the stars. Highly recommend.
