Solid food, solid beer menu, not terribly busy, but but still full of people. Menu changes seasonally. Not one of the “best Portland restaurants” but totally delicious and has that nice neighborhood/local vibe. All of these things make for a good spot in my opinion. View all feedback.
What Adina B doesn't like about Tabor Tavern:
The Good: I ordered an Old Fashioned and the server seemed me for my Bourbon preference. The Bad: I ordered the Everything pretzel with smoked salmon spread and they brought me the Hungarian Flatbread with Cheese, instead. Still it tasted good and 'hot the spot '. I ordered the Delicata squash salad with Grilled chicken to go. View all feedback.

Great service, large portions and wonderful fries. The delicata squash salad is great with chicken.
Very comfortable joint with good cocktails, beer and food. The staff is pleasant and personable.
We ate here last night after passing it on our way somewhere else, and we're glad we did. Everything, the quiet and not brightly lit atmosphere, the food, and the friendly service were exactly what we were looking for. The burger and fried chicken sandwich were tasty and cooked just right. Kitten had a Sweater Weather drink with Bombay Sapphire that she really enjoyed. Another place we will come back to. — Bonus: parking is easy here.
