Not only do they have some of the best burritos in the area- their happy hour is amazing. I particularly love that they don’t allow modifications- shows that the menu is well thought out. Truly a neighborhood gem. View all feedback.
What Andrew V doesn't like about Smart Donkey:
I've been here four time and tried four burritos: 1. Zumpongo: 5 (out of 5) stars. Rich and complex flavors. Exceptional. All 3 side sauces (red, orange, and green) were high quality and unique. 2. El Basico: 3 stars. Several pieces of gristly, inedible meat. Flavors were typical and boring. Side sauces not the same as before (even remotely) and of lower quality. 3. El Guapo: 4 stars. Interesting flavors and textures... View all feedback.

I had to wait for tow package to be installed at UHaul so walked a block and found Smart Donkey. Good value and excellent service.
Terrible burrito. Minimal amount of meat. A lot of gristle. Enormous amount of rice. Not worth the money.
Best burritos I have had in a long time and happy hour was a great deal.
Very much like the glorious semi-outdoors Upside Down, but closer to where I live maybe even a little better. Absolutely screaming happy hour!
