The work environment is awesome. Everyone gets along great! one or two difficult ones sometimes. Amanda is a great boss who treats everyone fairly and does whatever is asked of her to make her employees lives easier. What User doesn't like about Wendy's:
I went to get lunch and waited at the drive-thru intercom for over 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging me. When I finally pulled up to the window, there were more than five cars behind me in line, and the staff acted as if there were no issues with taking my order. The third time that my order was wrong this time got baconator and basanator fries cost me 13 dollar got a single cheese burger regular fries proly not go back food: 1/5

Absolutely poor service! The employees were rude and dismissive. We asked for only cheese and got burgers that had everything on them. Sad we’ve never had an issue with this store.

If you're not going to replace or fix food without a receipt do not train your employees to ask if they would like one or not. Make sure a receipt is stapled to every bag. Food is always good but they constantly will screw you out of fries and mess up any special requests.
