Jimmy John's - Jasper

I made an order for lunch after 1:00 in the afternoon. Quick? The delivery would allow me to enjoy my lunch break. Almost half an hour later, I'll call to see where it is? I have no food. I spent over $15 on the order, including a tip that was paid as the order, and I didn't even get my lunch. I was offered a $12 loan to my account, so I had to spend $3 to be frustrated and hungry. Pretty disappointing since we? ve eaten there several times a week since it? ve opened.

It was so excited to bring Jimmy Johns to dinner. She wanted to try since they opened up. He came to the website and found out that my order went to place the order and when asked what my address was I entered. Click Confirmation Address and has been informed that they do not deliver in my area at this time. WTH!!! I live on the north side of the city between 40th and 41th Street. They don't deliver the past 36th Street by phone call to the store itself! Lose a lot of business if this is the case, as there are many apartments, companies and single-family houses in this area. So their commercials are lying! I decided because Jimmy Johns doesn't want to go over 36th to deliver us, then I don't want to go over 36th to get anything from her store.

They screwed up my order and LITERALLY had another sandwich in 30 seconds. They apologized and made it right away. I am very impressed!!!! Big crew you work for you!

20/10 would recommend this place to everyone. Working here is amazing in every way possible and people there are so open and funny and friendly. And they have AMAZING sandwiches.

Super fast service and their sandwiches are delicious as well! Plus they offer delivery at an impressively low cost.
