I've come to jasper brewing company a handful of times during my visits to jasper and i have always been satisfied with the food.
STEPH JUDGEMENT: Popular downtown spot for gastropubby fare. For our first dinner out in Jasper a brewery sounded great and this seemed to be the place.
Waited 10 minutes to get a table outside, not badWe had the 6060 stout and it was very watered down.
Our group of seven arrived and were seated after a very short wait. As this is a brew pub, there is nothing fancy about the menu. Our food(ribs, burgers and pasta) was all fine with one exception. One member of our party ordered a chicken sandwich and on the second bite bit into a whole chicken wing. When this was pointed out to the waitress, she laughed and left. No apology and no explanation.As for for the beer, most are of the IPA variety. If you are not into IPA's, and I am not, you may be disappointed by the selection.
Went here with 9 people. They got us seated right away. Nice big community tables helped. Great beer and great food. Perfect location right on main street
