I visited the restaurant expecting to grab a quick hot and ready pizza, but they didn't have any available. However, after placing my order for pizzas and a delicious crazy bread that I probably didn’t need, I noticed that there was only one employee, James J, managing the ovens, phones, and online orders all by himself. Despite that, I received my pizza promptly. It wasn’t burnt, it was perfectly sliced, and it tast... View all feedback.

Hot and ready? …..poor customer service and far from ready, the past three times I went to this location it took around 20-45 mins for one sausage pizza and one crazy bread. Once they completely forgot me and handed pizzas to new customers till I intercepted to ask for one. I love Little Caesars, however we will be avoiding this location at all cost.
Received the worst service ever here today. Waited over 50+ minutes for a cheese deep dish. How you mess up a cheese pizza is beyond me but somehow they did. We only waited so long because they kept saying it would only be “a few more minutes”. They never communicated with us that our order was incorrect and they had to redo it. Even so, it should not take 50+ minutes to remake a pizza. They did nothing to make the situation right either.
The pizza is great when it is done right. the last dozen paints I'm here are my pizza either burned or not cut properly. I understand that it is busy at most days, but quality is an important factor to keep the business. I had to go over my pizza every time with my own knife. other great pizza at the price.
Tried to call at 6pm to order pickup at 8pm. Called twice with no answer. Finished errands tried again at 730; no answer. Called another location to ask if Harmony was closed the owner said no but he would place my order for me. When I got there I found THREE employees behind the counter a 4th guy with a Little Caesar 's visor on waiting for his own pizza. I really expected to find one employee overwhelmed with orders. Ate my pepperoni bread now have the worst stomach ache. Won 't be returning.
