Taco Bell - Jacksonville

Great lunch, we ordered on the mobile app and ate in the lobby. There were no high chairs or booster seat, Catherine explained that they had a remodel of the lobby and the old high chairs were tossed out and the new ones have not arrived yet. Catherine was awesome with each customer and was very polite and she worked the entire time we were there.

We went through the drive thru around 9pm on a Wednesday. Service was fast and friendly. Lots of smiles! The food was good too.. It was on par with the Taco Bell standard. I'd go again.

They rarely mess up the order and are surprisingly fast and friendly. The best fast food place this side of town as far as good and consistent service

I was supposed to receive sausage crunch wraps. They were some horribly made steak wrap, with a few potatoe pieces, no cheese, barely any egg and no hashbrowns.

I would give this Taco Bell 0 stars if I could and I literally never take the time out of my day to leave a bad review but I have just been so consistently disappointed that I feel I have no choice. I always order on Doordash and it is almost messed upevery single time. Something is always missing. Literally. Every. Single. Time. Also they never answer the phone when you calland if they do, they?re seriously so foul.
