Taco Bell - Jacksonville

Legit my fave taco bell because there are 3 roosters that have lived behind this location and I drive specifically to this one just to see them. The staff is so sweet to them.

I am a Uber Driver. I came into your restaurant to P/U an order for a customer by the name of James. I waited for almost 20 minutes ????. I wasnt greeted. I was left to stand around only for me to ask 2 times.. how much longer the order will take and Iwas told 10-20 more minutes very rudely and nonchalantly). Now as a driver i dread coming to this location because everyonewho works here are very inconsiderate, very immature, and very unprofessional. There were 3 guys in the back playing around,laughing, cursing and playing as a driver i spent so much time in this establishment only to cancel the order. I know that as aUber Driver im not really considered as a customer but the customer that im picking the food up for is a customer who hasalready paid. I think that your employees should consider the paying customer and as well as the person who is making sure thefood gets delivered to your customer as well also, consider that this may be a full time job for some and it maybe a littlemore helpful for your employees to understand that we are working just like they are and we shouldn't get mistreated justbecause we arent the actual customers.

This an every Taco Bell I have been to pick up a DoorDash order was very rude , not helpful at all very very long wait! Disregard of customers and workers picking up orders!! Where is corporate?? Asap!!

Ppl that work in there ugh sorry but this is 2 nd time and don?t like the service in and drive true they take for ever and they have actitud they shoul stay home and get a better ppl to work in it

Always forgetting food, hardly put any chicken on the chicken chalupas and they water down their meet so bad it makes soft tacos and hard tacos soggy waste of money here
