Jimmy Hula's Oakleaf - Jacksonville

I liked the customer service more so than the food. We had a couple of hiccups but Lewis was great at correcting any issue. The young lady who took our order was great too. Sweet and informative about the menu items.

First timer, didn't know that you ordered at the counter, The young man that took care of us was very good. His name is Luis. was considerate, patient, and very personable...also extremely professional. We had a party of 7. impressed that we all had full meals just around $100. I had the Nachos with jerk chicken, very plentiful and very tasty. we had a large selection of the menu on the table, and there was not a bite if food left when we were leaving. I would definitely go back and try other items. So reasonable. and all of the staff was great!

Great MOJO fries and grilled fish tacos. My first time and girl taking my order was very friendly and helpful. Person that brought my food out not so much. I asked her a simple question and she huffed and acted like she didn't want to be bothered.

After my first trip, I wish I could give them 10 stars. The food was fantastic, the best dang guacamole I've ever had. The folks were super nice. It was clean and welcoming. I literally have nothing negative to say. I absolutely recommend. We have been missing out. It's our new favorite place.

What an amazing experience! Our party of 4 was promptly greeted and served quickly. Throughout the meal, our server checked on us multiple times. The food was absolutely delicious! There was a small hiccup with one of our orders being forgotten, but it was promptly rectified. My wife did notice a bit of food under our table, which could have been cleaner. Despite this, our food arrived in a timely manner and the staff even apologized for the wait by offering a complimentary dessert and beer. Overall, the service more than made up for the small cleanliness issue. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be returning!
