What Kip Auer doesn't like about Dunkin':
I came in and ordered a half dozen donuts. Seeing that the price of a dozen would save me quite a bit, I asked the sales lady to please change my order to a dozen (she had 2 donuts placed in the half dozen box). She said, I will have to charge you for 2 half dozen boxes because I have already started the box, this is what my manager says I must do . Seriously? I left with only my half dozen. Don't go here! Horrible service. I have had their delicious avocado toast plenty of times. But at this location they try to cheat you and then lie to your face about it.When I got my toast I could still see the bread through the avocado spread. So I went to ask them to redo the toast properly. However they had the odacity to tell me that this was the usual amount of spread. Then they continued to argue refused to redo the toast and then make me purchase an additional spread which I was supposed to put on the cold toast myself now. But when I got the additional spread it was obvious that they did not put one of those on the toast and when confronted with it they still kept lieing. So I tried to speak to a manager. At which point they spoke for the manager telling me the manager will not give me a refund. And the manager will say the same things they are. I spend one hour! For something that should have been a 5 minute task. Tops! So long story short they didn't refund and I asked when the manager will be in the next time. And I am going to pay that manager a visit. That is the worst customer service dunkin has ever provided. Arguing lieing keeping me for an hour!! HORRIBLE!!I have attached 2 pictures that show the extra spread container and the toast. I scraped the spread together so anyone can see that they only put a fraction on it.
They asked me twice what a donut is. I ordered a blueberry donut but received a chocolate one instead. Food rating: 1/5.

This is the best Dunkin' around! The staff is outstanding—always friendly and kind. We actually pass another Dunkin' to come to this one, and there's another location that's closer to us in a different direction, but we always choose to come here because, like I said, they are the best! Thank you to the entire team for working so hard and for always greeting us with smiles.
This was the worst drive-through experience I've ever had. I placed my order with the girl, and she just kept looking at her phone instead of paying attention. It was really frustrating. Honestly, she should consider finding a new job.
