I had a fantastic experience once again. I ordered an egg white grill sandwich, but the chicken was quite dry. I'm still giving it a five-star rating because I should have mentioned it to the staff. I also got a breakfast bowl, and it was made perfectly. The customer service was excellent! Chick-fil-A always raises the bar in that regard. The food came in a timely manner and tasted good. Definitely the quality I'd expect from a Chick-fil-a. However, the customer service was not good. Employees were talking across booths and taking up half of the section. I was the only person in line waiting to order when two employees were having a conversation at the counter and blocking the order taker. I felt more like an annoyance than a customer.
