I had a fantastic experience once again. I ordered an egg white grill sandwich, but the chicken was quite dry. I'm still giving it a five-star rating because I should have mentioned it to the staff. The food came in a timely manner and tasted good. Definitely the quality I'd expect from a Chick-fil-a. However, the customer service was not good. Employees were talking across booths and taking up half of the section. I was the only person in line waiting to order when two employees were having a conversation at the counter and blocking the order taker. I felt more like an annoyance than a customer. Excellent service. Quick line for the amount of cars in it. Chicken is fresh and cooked perfectly. Waffle fries were hot and crisp. Best lemonade ever.

I also tried a breakfast bowl, which was made perfectly. The customer service was excellent! Chick-fil-A consistently sets the standard for service. I think other businesses could learn a lot by coming here, enjoying a chicken sandwich, and taking notes. I've even started saying "my pleasure" myself!
Avoid this place. It was my first visit to a Chick-fil-A, and I left feeling disappointed. While the staff was as polite and friendly as at any other Chick-fil-A, the overall experience was lacking. Half of the restaurant had been turned into a storage area, including the playground. The floors were slick, and the sandwiches we received were noticeably smaller than the usual size. I can only hope that it was just an off week for them.
I absolutely love this restaurant because the customer service is outstanding. Elijah went above and beyond to help make up for my previous order. I truly appreciate all the staff members who go the extra mile to ensure we receive our food.
Overall, this is a decent Chick-fil-A, but my experience today at 5:00 PM was not ideal. The fried nuggets tasted lukewarm, and the fries were warm but soggy, suggesting they had been sitting out for a while. If you intend to order the 8-piece meal around this time, I recommend checking with the staff to ensure it will be hot and fresh.
