Great evening out in downtown Jax. Prom night for our daughter so after photos at memorial park the parents went to Burgerfi. Food was great and the staff is super friendly. We ate the food too fast so no pics of it. View all feedback.
What Keith Toy doesn't like about Burgerfi:
That would be a really nice place if they weren't so expensive and everything wasn't à la carté. From the time I came in, my son was fascinated until I bought a meal that was not available to me. In addition, I asked that my food is fresh, but my fries were cold, overcooked and my burger was not fresh. This place is just garbage for the price you need to pay per item you want. I'm good at it. The general manager Mr. Lorenzo and his team are so friendly and efficient. They make sure they bring their food out to you in a timely fashion and that your order is what you asked for. Even with it being so busy they move quick and I love that. Great team and great location that I hope continues to grow and stay for a long time.
Every time I go to this location the customer service is great the food is always gave to me in perfection . I highly recommend this location to anybody looking for an option to eat .

Really impressed with the burgers. Fresh, juicy, well-seasoned, and don't taste of fast-food. Shakes are tasty, too.
A little cheaper Five Guys alternative. Excellent burgers, cajun fries, and service. Still expensive as Five Guys but amazing.
