They recently remodeled this Burger King, which had been closed for a few months. The new building is smaller, but it looks significantly better. Previously, it was quite run-down and had decor that felt very outdated—like something from the '80s. Now, it has a more modern appearance. All I Had A Was Double Whopper, Cut I'm Half. I ate half of the sandwich then noticed that the other whopper had hair on it! Called up there just for them to say the person making the food doesn't have hair? I'm disgusted!
Eating was good, personal is friendly, except some have an employment, but I don't think they know what they are doing.
Will not be going back here again. First time food was cols. They don't answer the phone. The last visit manager provided the worse customer service ever. If you prices have changed update them on the board or turn it off. You should advise your customers that some prices have changed ad the are ordering from your menu listed. Seriously on need of a new day manager who is more customer focused. ? She was Seriously lacking. The impossible whopper at this location was horrible and tasted like it had been cooked in the microwave instead of being flam broil. I had my friend try it. The first one I had in Georgia tasted like a whopper, flambroil taste and hot.
It took 45 minutes to get through the trip thru after the online order. there was a single car in front of us if you don't count that was left because they didn't tell them for 15 minutes when they went to the menu. the food was not fresh and the sandwiches were made swollen. lady at the window gave us an appointment when they gave us our food because we were confused when they asked "is that you eat? "multiple vehicles went behind us without order because nobody was doing order. just reason why we don't because we order online and their garbage app can't cancel order. just don't go to this place if you need burger king, there is a 2 miles away that has much better service. or you could go to sonic, wendy’s or mcdonald’s, all are less than a minute away.
This Place is very unprofessional after eating from this establishment earlier I’m feeling very uneasy nausea.. from seeing another review of moldy bread, I just pray that’s not what I ate!! Even after checking my food something weren’t right about my sandwich earlier..
