What I enjoy about Starbucks is the fact that no matter which Starbucks you go to your drink is going to be made the same and it's always perfect. I love the consistency. And I love that this is three blocks from my house. View all feedback.
What Christy C doesn't like about Starbucks:
The mocha latte made my husband and me feel ill. I read the likely culprit is a Kay-5 Sanitizer Wash Keg being actively used, left from cleaning the lines, or two liters of the coffee not being ran after a cleaning cycle, like a seasoned shot sort. The soap made us feel very sick. Avoid this location. View all feedback.

Wonderful Chai Latte and Lemon pound cake. Staff is always
A nice starbucks, but I know that you have to at least be able to read to get a job. Let’s learn to read ticket modifications on mobile orders ?
First, sorry for my english, we went to this Starbucks with my husband, I’ve ordered only an iced matcha with water, nothing else, because I know matcha is only green tea leaf powder, and it doesn’t have sugar, at first, I felt a soft sugary taste, and then I start to feel weird, a little bit dizzy, and I asked to the worker about the ingredients on the powder, she told me that Starbucks matcha powder does have sugar in it, and I was very shocked because they do not advertised that, I was in a 17 hours fasting and the first thing I’ve tried was this sugary drink, I’m a hypoglucemic, and is not funny, you know? Right now I’m having a huge peack of glucose and insulin in my bloodstream. If Starbucks wants to adulterate noble ingredients like matcha thats fine but they have to advertise it in their coffee shops, I definitely not going to return. (Emma, second manager, was very nice and the stuff, obviously it’s Starbucks fault).
The tall young gentleman, Jockamo, showed top level customer service. He is going places. It was genuine and much appreciated!
