From mixed-up meals to a decline in service, some longtime patrons have decided not to return. On a more positive note, visitors during special events found that making a reservation was key to enjoying a smoothly run evening. The attentive and polite staff helped make the night enjoyable, despite the restaurant's recent missteps.
Sneakers used to be a great place.It has slipped.Four of us went to dinner there last weekend.They screwed up the meals for three of us.At one time, we were regulars and actually knew the servers by name.Then. we became occasional diners.The past weekend sealed the deal and we will never return.Sad..
Went in to catch the Duke vs UCF game, the server was attentive the drinks were great and the food was good
We were there for midnight Yell Practice for the Texas A M Bowl game against NC State. It helped that I had made a reservation as the line was out of the door that night. Our table was reserved, our waitress was extremely polite. She was overwhelmed by all the people that night. She kept her cool and most attentitive. Thank you for a great night
