What User doesn't like about Sonic Drive-in:
The folks were nice but my food sucked the burrito was cold n my eggs were old no Baja on my ultimate and my cinnasnacks were a little under done. I asked for a replacement on my burrito bc it was the worst burrito I've ever seen n I work wit Sonic drive in. Guess what I got a new burrito that still had old eggs and wasn't fully wrapped very displeased with my food today View all feedback.
Very polite. And rushing you to order like some places.
Completely screwed up my order and talked down to me when I was trying to make sure that wouldn't happen. Ended up having to exchange with a friend in the car because I'm diabetic and was trying to count carbs. Friend said the food tasted good, just wish I would've been able to eat it.
Lately they have really been trying to cater to the customers!! I live close by this sonic and I appreciate them!! Keep up the great work ??
It takes entirely too long for them to get things ready even when they're not busy.
Ask for the chicken nuggets to be extra extra crispy stated at three times. Came just as they always cook them. Had to return them. Left hungryThey added a comment with a phone number for me to call.
