I reached out to the restaurant for clarification, but they never responded to my request. I then contacted IHOP's corporate office and received the same lack of support. Overall, I'm quite disappointed with the customer service.

More... read more We were thrilled when an IHOP opened in Jackson a few years ago. However, over the past year, we've noticed that they have been consistently understaffed. More often than not, there’s just one server and one cook working at the same time. On one occasion, our server even had to prepare our meals as well. This issue doesn't seem to affect other restaurants in Jackson. We eat out every Saturday and Sunday, and this is the only place where we keep running into these problems among sit-down establishments. Maybe they should think about increasing their staff's pay?

Upon entering, I was seated at a dirty table, and as I surveyed the surroundings, I was shocked by the lack of cleanliness throughout the establishment. It was so unsanitary that I couldn't stay and ended up leaving right away. I can hardly put into words how unclean it was.
