Church's Chicken - Jackson

These are by far the worst churches in the Jackson area and it is literally a minute away from my house and I would prefer to drive miles out of the way to another place, but I decided today, I?ll give them a chance and what a mistake that was first of the smoker signs in the window, but they were out ok cool I can answer a 10pc the young lady then immediately says no we? out of the whole m how what is, how is that I said, can I have a 3pc she says it?s just a piece of chicken left at a place that sells nothing than chicken smh at this point I have just left I have always had a bad experience in this place and the people who do not care to monitor it do nothing to change the culture/environs of this place, we as consumers have to spend our money at facilities that do not appreciate our money

The chicken does not taste like it should not take all its 22 hours to marinate the chicken

You are ALWAYS out of things and the customer service is terrible! I ordered $30 food just to find out that they don't have fried or fried okra. I swore to the left to get Jalapeño bombers, potatoes and Mac and cheese. The Jalapeño bombers were hard and burned! Bit in her and it was empty. The Mac and the cheese were underwhelming and the potatoes were cold. I fired the staff and started.

If you're looking for a good chicken dish, this place is not the one for you. The chicken tasted like it was just coated in flour straight from a container. I also tried the cajun rice, which had a strange chemical taste to it. Overall, I was extremely disappointed and would not recommend this restaurant.

The food at the restaurant was tasty and served hot, but unfortunately, some items were unavailable as it was close to closing time. The woman at the drive-through window was friendly and displayed professionalism.
