'Kelly 's Restaurant ' is located on 1st floor in the center of Sadar. the ambiance is good and the food taste is average. slightly expensive rate. there is a lack of parking here. this is a good restaurant but not the best. What User likes about Kelly's:
I liked eating. order chicken tikka, munchow suppe, fish garlic and Russian salat. fish garlic was brilliant, but I found crystals of sugar in Russian salat, which should be mixed properly. View all feedback.
