Villa Zwart Goud - Izmit

Last Friday we were guests at Villa Zwart Goud to celebrate my friend 's 30th birthday (in style). This fantastic concept allowed our little four-legged friend Otto to participate in this (fantastic) experience. And how pampered he and we were. First of all, what a beautiful location, with the right atmosphere and setting. There were only three of us, so we were assigned a cozy and cozy room for our private dining, also fully furnished for Otto. With a basket with a toy, blanket, cushion, thinking/candy games, food and drink bowl, and his dinner. So everything is there to make it a great evening! The food really surprised us with the creativity of the chef. We still haven 't finished talking about how he was able to make the coals with a fantastic filling of Cheddar and Jalapeno peppers. The story and the food are true and very tasty. The wines match perfectly, which makes this menu a beautiful whole. A dinner was also provided for Otto and not the grains and chunks that we use every day, but (all dog-proof) fries, hot dog beer. And how he enjoyed it! We are people who love history, so getting to know the background story of the villa only made us dream and fantasize even more about what happened here. Our hostess did a perfect job, brought a juicy story and nothing was too much for her. Thanks for that! All round, we had a fantastic evening and recommend this fun experience to all our friends and acquaintances!
