There are some parking spaces so that the guests can park the car and unload stuff to the rooms. The sign stated 15 minutes but we were allowed almost an half hour. View all feedback.
Hotel was in a great location, the beds were super comfortable and the staff was wonderful. Jason at the front desk went above and beyond to assist with any need that came up and to make us feel welcomed.

It was a fine place to stay. Rooms were nice and clean. Well appointed too. Quite modern. The only fault with the room was shower door didn’t close quite tightly enough so there was a mini flood with each shower. Nothing the bath mat couldn’t sop up. Nice large window with lots of light. Large open very nice lobby that flows into the restaurant (we didn’t eat there too many other options). Parking is down the street so a little inconvenient but only $10 a day.Rooms: Modern and nice.Nearby activities: Rosie’s ice cream is right across the street. Ideal location for college visits to Ithaca College and Cornell University.Walkability: The central walking street of Ithaca Commons is one block away.
This hotel is conveniently located right off the Ithaca Commons. You can walk anywhere in town. The staff were friendly, and the room was clean. I loved the breakfast bag option as I was up and out early before breakfast was available in the restaurant.
I wanted to try a different hotel while in Ithaca, moving my kid into college apartment and selected the Ithaca Canopy. I was not disappointed. The hotel has a youthful, fun vibe, is across the street from a great bagel shop and is right down the street from Ithaca Commons. When we checked in, Jason was one of the kindest front desk folks I had ever met. He asked me repeatedly if I needed anything, wrote down several food recommendations, and made sure we understood our parking options. The rooms were clean and halls were quiet for the most part. If we needed anything like linens or toiletries, the items were brought to our room quickly. I don't drink alcohol, but I was able to get the best tasting ginger ale from the front desk.I had a chance to speak with Mike who was so down-to-earth and enlightened me about the Canopy brand as well as Ithaca. The restaurant was always crowded for dinner, but Abi found a away to make sure I was able to get the roasted chicken thighs before my departure. Thanks again Abi!I really appreciated everyone's kindness, esp. Jason, Mike, and Abi. Looking forward to more stays the Canopy in Ithaca.
