After asking three times for a second bread basket because the main entrée had not arrived, it finally came after our dinner was well in progress. The waiter delivered the medium rare to the medium and visa verse. The extra butter for the baked potato never came and my filet mignon was anything but melt in your mouth. Its back to Ruth Chris or Morton Steak House after this experience. After dinner we didn't bother with dessert or coffee because the meal was such an expensive disappointment already.
This was one of my first nice steaks houses, before this I had always thought the flat iron at Boulder Creek was as good as steak got. Boy was I wrong! On that evening I decided on the prix fix menu. For my appetizer I had a house salad that was good but really nothing out of the ordinary which is fine. For my meal I had the petit filet mignon. It was perfectly medium rare on the inside and had a nice lil char on the outside. On the side we ordered the lobster hash to share but it was all potatoes and maybe a few pieces of lobster which stunk (they weren’t even very well season potatoes at that! and for dessert we had these little chocolate tarts which were very nice. Again not to flavorful or special but ok. The building is really pretty and the service was very attentive and nice. While I enjoyed my steak I think the rest of the food could have been a little better.

It was good, but it wasn't THAT good. It was crazy expensive. You even had to pay extra for the bread. I went to a 2 star Michelin restaurant in NY and paid less. Tables were very crowded together. Service was slow getting started. I won't be going back. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
I got the $25 lunch burger. Came with apple arugula salad. Excellent. Burger was perfect. Parking: Just go park in the back. You're not getting a spot out front. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30
