Service pleasant and fairly speedy even though it was a busy bank holiday evening all cooked to order. Good value for portions. Fish not greasy at all. A bit more variety in the fridge for drinks would be great but plenty of choice in the shop next door so not a deal breaker. We’ll be back definitely.

Just been and had noticed I was overcharged by £1.60 I was charged £8.40, should have been £6.80 Sadly due to this I will not be going back to this Fish and Chip shop. It's always been known for good value, not the case if overcharged. Customers beware check the prices before leaving, that's the mistake I made today.

Lovely fish with the skin removed (a preference of mine) all the batter was crispy and the chips were just right not over or underdone. If the owner would like to move to Ipswich, they would be made very welcome.

Whenever I am on the Isle of Wight, I always make sure to have lunch here. It is the best fish and chip shop on the island, which is evident from the many awards they have received.
