Harbour Inn - Isle of Islay

This hotel is the epitome of hospitality! The rooms were luxurious I loved the shower and the staff went above and beyond every day to make our stay there comfortable. They really take care with the breakfast as well! I've never had more delicious porridge! Before this stay I never would have thought porridge could be so memorable! The view from the dining room was spectacular morning and night. We had dinner there one evening and it was a delight as well. The menu had a lot of variety and all of the dishes we had were wonderful. While staying on Islay this hotel was our cozy little oasis and I can't recommend it enough!

Fantastic restaurant. Really easy to reserve a table online and a fantastic view from the restaurant over the bay. We had a great selection of whisky to choose from, with a detailed guidebook explaining each option. We really enjoyed sipping various whiskeys and comparing notes whilst waiting for lunch a throughly good past time! Lunch was excellent too, as was the customer service.

Rooms were of a high standard and location is right in the centre of Bowmore. The meals at night were really good and the fish dishes were excellent. The service I received by the people here was second to none, they went out of their way to make sure we had a great time.
