La Cazuela M & J - Isla Mujeres

Cazuelo (casserole) is AMAZING!!! Very authentic fresh flavors! Cute patio off the tourist row!! Excellent spot for breakfast!

Outstanding fresh breakfast at a beautiful corner outdoor restaurant. Fresh made to order juices. First time trying cazuela and will back tomorrow. The chef comes around as well. Excellent wait staff--especially Luis. The fruit plate was almost too pretty to eat. Quality ingredients. Will be back for breakfast everyday of the trip.

Mari greeted me and I sat down. I started with the watermelon juice which was very refreshing. Then I ordered the Cazuela Holbox. It has beans, tortilla, salsa and fried plantain. It was delicious. I was the only one there at noon. Come I highly recommend it.

Breakfast was excellent This restaurant's house hot sauce is HOT I like picante home sauce, and this was the best this trip. This place is next to Mahachi on Guerrero

The restaurant has indoor tables as well as a small patio area. The owner does the cooking and his wife serves the tables. The food is straight forward and very good. We had one of their special egg dishes and every last bite was a treat.
