El Pollo Loco - Irvine

Being that the food quality is the virtually the same at all locations, reviews should include the service. Extremely RUDE hispanic Mexicans at this location. Very poor English, they talk soo fast I could hardly tell what they were saying. Extremely POOR phone skills. And when did AMERICA BECOME MEXICO ???????

The wait on the front counter was extremely long which i realized way too late and should've just gone through the drive thru. although, the quality and portion size of the $5 burrito meal made up for it. it seemed as though the beans, rice and chicken were made fresh specifically for the burrito. i'd return to this location but probably stick to the drive thru next time.

I live in a place opposite of Seattle where there is no El Pollo Loco, but whenever I travel to Southern California, I always make sure to have a meal at El Pollo Loco. I hope they consider expanding to the Pacific Northwest. I enjoy El Pollo Loco because the food is healthy, the sides are delicious, and the meals are a great value for the price. My experience was mostly positive, aside from the fact that it was a rainy day and the line extended out the door.

I don't mind going out of my way to visit this Pollo Loco because they always deliver quality. The staff is very friendly and the food is served fresh. The grilled chicken is cooked to perfection and the salsas add a nice touch of flavor. Be sure to check your mail for coupons, as they often send them out.

July 22, 2022 Unfortunately, their salad tostada is not as they advertised (as picture), the amount of salad was half, usually I get enough but this time, here it was not enough and not worth it. If I go back there, I will take a picture from their tostada and upload it to see the differences.
