Wendy's - Iron Mountain

All super, except the dame behind the counter! omg I've never been in a restaurant where someone was so loud! She literally screamed the commands, and I'm pretty sure the people on the road they have heard. esste in a bad experience.

Ordered a large strawberry frosty, guy at window tried giving us a small. We told him no its a large then he comes back with a chocolate frosty, we said it was supposed to be strawberry. It irritated me alot since when we were ordering thru drive thru he asked 2 times and it was right on the receipt. Gotta pay attention and get orders right so your not holding up the line. I don't know how you guys do stuff round here but as I was a store manager and a shift manager in fast food for almost 8 years. Quality, speed, and customer service were most important. My big cheddar was also just thrown together and looked unappetizing.

I've got chickensuggets today at 21 o'clock. Despite an hour from the close, the chicken bugs were hot and crispy! I love her! Good nightmanship!
